Home Health Physiotherapy

I provide Home Health Physiotherapy for people living within 5km of Lane Cove. Home Health is suitable for people who have difficulties attending a physiotherapy clinic. This can include: elderly, mothers with small children, people with disabilities or various health conditions.

Home health treatments can include: exercise, pilates, pre-natal and post-natal physiotherapy, pelvic floor muscle exercise, mobility and walking assistance, manual therapy (soft tissue and joint mobilisation), dry needling, education and advice, fitting and ordering of assistive devices or equipment. Telehealth is also an option where a physiotherapy assessment and treatment can be performed through Zoom. This is an option for people who live outside of the home health radius or prefer this option during the Pandemic.
